I offer interior design consultancy for clients who want to move forward with clarity and avoid costly mistakes.

Whether you need help with a single decision or a wider project, I bring clarity and direction to each stage.

How We Begin

Most projects start with a consultation at my home studio.

Whether you’re starting from scratch or have ideas you’d like to develop further, this session allows us to work through your project clearly and without distraction.

We can explore materials, finishes and options together, and establish a strong direction before applying it to your home.

Clients often find this a far more productive starting point than trying to make decisions on-site.

Areas I Advise On

I support clients across all aspects of interior design, including:

Fabrics and wallcoverings
Window treatments and upholstery
Colour schemes and paint
Lighting
Furniture and decorative pieces
Flooring and finishes
Sourcing from trusted suppliers

Design Consultation (Initial Appointment)

This is where we establish a clear direction for your project.

You might be at the very beginning of a renovation, or simply looking to refresh and update an existing room. The consultation is designed to meet you wherever you are in the process.

The session takes place at my home studio, allowing us to work through ideas without distraction and explore materials, finishes and options together.

You don’t need to come with everything figured out. Many clients arrive unsure where to begin — we use this time to build clarity, shape ideas and create a direction that feels right for you and your home.

During the session, I take time to understand how you live, what you’re drawn to, and what isn’t working in your space. From there, we begin to shape a scheme that feels considered, practical and cohesive.

We will:

  • Clarify your brief, priorities and budget

  • Explore layouts, colours, materials and furnishings

  • Define your preferences and refine your direction

  • Make confident decisions on key areas

  • Identify where to invest — and where to simplify

You will leave with a clear direction and a strong foundation for your project. Following the consultation, I can outline next steps and the level of input your project is likely to require.

Ongoing Design Consultancy

For clients who would like continued input as their project evolves.

Following the initial consultation, I work alongside you to guide decisions, refine ideas and keep your project moving forward with clarity and confidence.

This may include:

  • Colour schemes and paint selection

  • Fabrics, wallcoverings and finishes

  • Lighting design and specification

  • Furniture and decorative pieces

  • Window treatments and upholstery

  • Sourcing from trusted suppliers and trade accounts

  • Refining and pulling schemes together

Following our initial consultation, I can provide an estimate of the time required to develop your scheme further. This may include sourcing, visiting suppliers and showrooms, and preparing options for us to review together.

I work in a hands-on way, often sourcing in person to ensure materials, finishes and combinations are considered properly, rather than relying solely on samples ordered online.

As a consultancy client, you will also benefit from access to trusted suppliers and trade discounts where applicable.

Working Together

Sessions can take place at my studio, online or on-site, depending on the stage of your project.

Studio/on-line sessions — £80 per hour
On-site visits — £80 per hour (minimum 2 hours)

Travel time and mileage will be charged where applicable. Invoiced monthly.

Guided Design Session - Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour

A focused, half-day session designed to move your project forward quickly and with clarity.

This is often the most effective way of working — allowing us to explore ideas together in real time, review materials side by side, and make confident decisions without the delays of back-and-forth.

Sessions typically take place at Chelsea Harbour, where we have access to a wide range of suppliers, materials and finishes in one setting — making it far easier to compare options and build a cohesive scheme.

This approach works particularly well:

  • At the start of a project to establish a clear direction

  • Mid-way through when decisions need refining

  • When you feel stuck or want to move things forward more efficiently

Together we will:

  • Explore fabrics, finishes and materials

  • Review ideas side by side

  • Refine your preferences and narrow down options

  • Make confident decisions across key areas

  • Discuss wider elements such as lighting, furniture and layout

You will leave with:

  • A clear and cohesive direction

  • Samples and materials to take away

  • A practical action plan for next steps
